Exhibition information

The Organising Committee invites you to showcase your organisation/company to the delegates attending the conference. This is a marketing and advertising opportunity for your organisation/company. We anticipate that +- 450 delegates will attend which will include researchers, civil society, policy-makers, donors and others to share and learn about the most current and cutting edge research the field has to offer on sexual and other forms of violence against women and children.

Costs per exhibition stand: $1500
Cost includes
•3 x 2 meter Stands
•2 delegates per stand
•Teas and lunch for the duration of the conference
•1 x conference pack

Exhibitors will also be allowed to attend the conference; keeping in mind that at least one delegate must be at the stand at all times.

The exhibition stands will be set up in the tea and lunch venue together with the poster boards to ensure full exposure for all stands. Complete the online booking form after reading the guidelines and provisions for potential exhibitors as listed below.
